You have had a previous successful experience in a consultancy, working for a local authority, in a State administration, or in an urban planning agency. You know how local governments, local State administrations, and large public service companies function and are organized.
Senior consultant (3 to 5 years of previous professional experience)
You have good interpersonal skills, can adapt to varied environments, and have a taste for team work:

You benefit from a first professional experience in organization and management consulting or you have contributed to the implementation of organization or change management projects.
Supporting public leaders
You have an in-depth knowledge of local authorities and of the challenges they face. You are aware of institutional actors’ strategies, in the past you have been in position to manage interactions between such actors, you are familiar with collaborative approaches.
