Emmanuel VERDIER graduated from the Ecole Nationale des Travaux Publics de l’Etat and holds a postgraduate degree in public relations related to environmental issues from Université Paris VI – Pierre et Marie Curie. He has been working in consulting for the last 15 years, and brings to his clients his strong expertise in the conduct of complex projects involving numerous actors, at different scales, as well as his thorough knowledge of local authorities and their leaders.

Since then he has been supporting local authorities elected officials, their administration, and public services operators, in order to elaborate their strategic project, transform their organization, and adapt the governance systems of the public policies they implement. His expertise relies on recognized know-how in negotiation and stakeholders’ strategic alignment.

He can also intervene as an expert in the fields of social and regional cohesion.
