Raphaël de Boisgrollier graduated from the Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Commerciales of Angers.

He has been practicing for 15 years in consulting. He works for managers, providing assistance in the elaboration of their strategies (diagnosis, orientations, business plan), their deployment through detailed action plans, the organization and mobilization of management teams. He has carried out transformation projects in the construction and tourism sectors, as well as for the ministry of finance.

Working for MENSIA, he has developed an expertise on infrastructure and transports through numerous missions for SNCF, port authorities, public transportation authorities, but also for companies in the air transport and energy sectors.

Examples of usual areas of intervention: 5 year strategic plans, establishment of synergies between entities, relationships between authorities and private companies under public service delegation contracts, evolution of competitive systems, executive management seminars, conduct of managerial projects, etc.
